Off Season will use evidenced based OT Wellness interventions that nutrition and exercise are needed for wellness and recovery to achieve and maintain physical health.

  • Evaluation and Customizing Plan according to data and client goals.
  • Assistance in managing physical injuries i.e. providing assistance with finding best professionals.
  • Providing persons and resources to achieve goals set by client i.e.nutritionist, PT, trainer, and personal chef.
  • Determine ways to seamlessly as possible incorporate into and make part of life style.
  • Teach others around client what their role is and providing what they need to be successful in their role i.e. training on nutrition, effects of stress, etc.
